Finance: JIL has the financial resources with which to back its contractual obligations. The company is in good standing with its Bankers to which references can be made if required. Facilities for Bank Bonds, for projects worth Five Hundred Million Naira {N500.m } and over are available. The financial base of the company is strong.

Manpower: The systems for which JIL assumes responsibility are designed for optimum flexibility, dependability and efficiency. To meet such criteria, the company uses every possible means, including the latest technical capability to obtain the information required to meet the best design decision.
Design decisions are made with full knowledge of the working environment of the system. The Company uses computers to simulate the environment as well as operational variation. Computerized projects modeling optimizes performance and permit stress analysis studies for maximum utilization of construction materials. Computer assistance in hydraulic studies results in the selection of optimum pipe size and horsepower.

Such level of functioning of JIL, is a clear indication of the calibre of manpower – the company utilizes.

Not only in the design office, but also at the construction sites, JIL ensure that only competent qualified and experienced professionals, technicians and artisans are engaged to do work at hand.

JIL is large enough to handle most complex jobs, yet small to address individual problems. Whether an entire engineering task force is needed, a technical consulting team or a single expert, JIL offers a staff to do the job right, the first time, in accordance with project specifications on schedule and within budget, any where in Nigeria.

FACILITIES:

Because JIL offers flexible project management, responsible people, full service capabilities, budget control on time track records, JIL performs these services principally at its head office located at #15 Iriebe Street, D/Line, Port Harcourt. Currently the company occupies the first floor of the building, totalling more than 1,250 square feet of workspace.

The office is equipped with modern office and communication gadgets which facilitates the company’s operational activities.
