INTRODUCTION
This document describes the plan and procedure to be used by JAHCON LIMITED during the Pipeline Integrity Assessment Project.

The site operations which is hereby referred to as Intelligent Pigging Operations involves the launching and recovery of pigs from the pipelines that cut across the very difficult land and swampy terrain of the Niger-Delta.

The site works shall be carried out in accordance with NNPC-PPMC’s standard construction Specifications and other relevant standards.

JAHCON LIMITED shall set up a dedicated project team made up of experienced personnel to manage the project.

A Project Manager who has single point responsibility for ensuring that the project objectives are fully met, shall head the project team.

Disciplined Engineers, Technicians, Safety Specialist, and Community Liaison Officers will assist the project Manager in liaison with NNPC-PPMC Project Representative.

Due to the environmental sensitive nature of this project, a waste management crew made up of mainly of personnel in the HSE team will be saddled with the responsibility for handling of wastes and any crude oil spillage in course of execution of this project.
